I have been creating stone balancing sculptures for nearly 10 years. I like the essential beauty of the sculptures, the paradoxes they evoke and the spiritual element in both the act of the balancing and the finished work.

It can be said that each sculpture has a presence and in its balanced state can be mesmerizing, puzzling and awe inspiring. The creative process has a tangible meditative quality and there is an unexplained energy to the artwork.
